Welcome

The Roost is situated in Queens Park,
a lively neighbourhood in the heart of London.

The pretty courtyard garden is in a quiet residential street only five minutes’ walk away from the station.  Transport facilities are excellent and are in close proximity.  There is very easy access to all major stations, airports and motorways.  Nearby restaurants, bars and cafes produce a wide range of good local food. A superb location for a Boutique B&B.

The accommodation is warm and welcoming. We provide quality ensuite rooms with free toiletries in a tranquil and happy atmosphere.  Surroundings are very comfortable, interesting and filled with an eclectic mix of furniture, objet d’art and pictures.

Breakfast is served in a light and airy conservatory overlooking a charming, very private walled in garden, where weather permitting, one can eat al fresco and enjoy the sun.  Fresh orange juice, home made muesli, berries, croissants, honey, jams and marmalades are available along with an assortment of coffee and teas, all beautifully presented.

Queens Park

This is a pleasant part of London to stay in and travel to and
from. Great transport connections on your doorstep make
your travel arrangements easy.  The boutiques and antique
shops of Westbourne Grove, Portobello Road and Nottinghill
Gate are only a walk or a bus ride away.

The main focus of the area is Queens Park itself.  Thirty
acres of well kept parkland, lush with verdant trees and an
abundance of wild life.  A lovely space to meander around,
or run, should you be feeling energetic!

The park was originally part of the site for the Royal Agricultural Show of 1879 which Queen Victoria and the Prince of Wales attended.

The park was consequently named after her, in honour of Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee of 1887.
